On 20.07.2026, DEVIN - SHARLOPOV HOTELS OOD signed Grant Agreement No. BG16RFPR001-1.008-0376-C01 under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.008 "Introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies in enterprises", under the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021-2027.

Total project value: EUR 398,296.37

Grant funding: EUR 199,148.18

Beneficiary's own financing: EUR 199,148.19

Main objective:

The main objective of the project is to raise the level of digitalisation, technological modernisation and competitiveness of DEVIN - SHARLOPOV HOTELS OOD by introducing innovative Industry 4.0 technologies and improving information security within the company.

The following specific objectives will be achieved:

  • Introduction of an intelligent real-time employee monitoring and localisation system (RTLS) based on IoT receiver stations, creating the conditions for more effective management and coordination of operational processes, optimised use of resources and higher organisational efficiency.
  • Digitalisation and automation of working processes through modern technological solutions for real-time monitoring and localisation.
  • Higher operational efficiency through optimised work organisation, improved human resources management and conditions for faster and more effective management decisions.
  • Integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into the company's operations through solutions based on the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and automation, raising technological maturity and modernising business processes.
  • A higher level of information security through the introduction and certification of an information security management system in line with the international standard BDS ISO/IEC 27001, improving information protection, risk management and the security of information processes, which is directly linked to the cybersecurity requirements of Industry 4.0 and guarantees the sustainability of the technologies introduced.
  • Stronger competitiveness and sustainable development of the company through modern digital technologies, better management quality and the conditions for long-term technological development.

Achieving these objectives will contribute to the digital transformation of DEVIN - SHARLOPOV HOTELS OOD, higher operational efficiency and a more secure, modern and technologically advanced business environment.
