General Terms and Conditions
- To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of 1 night of the total amount is required up to 7 working days. The balance is payable on site upon check-in.
- You can make the payment of the deposit by bank transfer or by bank card, leaving information about the details on the bank card.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. A penalty in the amount of the prepaid amount is withheld in case of non-arrival, reduction of stay or cancellation within a shorter period than the above.
- You have the option to change the dates of the reservation to use the prepaid amount until the end of 2024.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices depending on the occupancy and discount rate included in this offer.
Additional conditions
- Child up to 7 years on an extra bed in a double room — FREE OF CHARGE(on a bed and breakfast basis)
- Child from 8 to 11 years— surcharges 50% from the price per adult based on the package
- A child over 12 years of age or a third adult— surcharges 80% from the price per adult based on the package
- Surcharge for single accommodation— 25 BGN (12.78 €) per day
