• When using the early booking discount, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation of a reservation after 1.04.2025, the penalty is the amount of the advance payment.
• In case of no-show, the deposit is absorbed at 100%.
• If you leave the hotel earlier than the reservation is made, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
